Access Control

Our access control software is essentially an in-depth database which can be as detailed or as simple as you want. The data can be collected and used for KPI reports. This information can include:

• User administration and personal details
• CO2 and localism reporting
• Time and attendance

• CSCS card type, number and expiry date, including anti pass back
• Real time events and notifications
• Employee travel distance to work

Once personnel are inducted, all access and egress events are logged (including unsuccessful events) and this information can be used to create management reports. For further levels of KPI reporting, DMS offer a range of software to drill into your reports further. Charges depend on level.

Intercom System

Our intercom systems let you see and speak to visitors before you let them on to your site or into your building, so only the right people get through the gate or door.

We supply and install audio and video intercoms for site gates, cabins, offices and residential blocks. Calls can be answered on site or from a smartphone app, and systems can be linked to our 24/7 control station so visitors can be checked even when your premises are unmanned.

Fob Access Control

Fob access control gives authorised people quick, contactless entry while keeping everyone else out. Each fob can be programmed for specific doors, gates and times, and switched off straight away if it is lost.

Fob readers can be fitted to doors, gates, turnstiles and cabins and linked to our access control software, so every entry is logged. That gives you an accurate record of who was on site and when, for time and attendance, fire roll calls and KPI reports.

Facial Recognition

A facial recognition device authenticates people by recognising their faces, so there is nothing to carry or touch. We use the high quality Suprema technology range, giving fast, easy and intuitive user authentication.

The technology detects changes in the surrounding environment. By controlling near-infrared LEDs according to the surrounding brightness, it can authenticate users in a dark room and even outdoors. The facial recognition system can be linked to our access control software.

Temperature Camera

Temperature screening cameras check a person's skin temperature as they arrive, helping you spot anyone who may be unwell before they mix with your workforce, residents or visitors.

The cameras are non-contact and screen people quickly at entrances, turnstiles and site cabins. They can be linked to our access control system, so screening becomes part of the normal sign-in process rather than an extra queue. Widely used on sites for COVID compliance, they remain a useful health and safety measure for busy premises.

Pods, Cabins & Containers

Cabins and pods

DMS offer a range of cabin, pod and container solutions. A bespoke system can take all individual aspects into account and be made specifically for your project's needs.

Turnstiles

DMS supply quality turnstiles designed for pedestrian site access and egress. Turnstiles can be double or single depending on site requirements, and can be made bespoke to work alongside the cabin or pod fitted.

Our turnstiles are self-lubricating, non-corrosive and unaffected by moisture, dirt and dust. They link to our biometric systems to provide site statistics and KPI reports.
