Site management services

Management support for your site, 24/7

From keyholding and alarm response to welfare facilities, we look after the day to day running and safety of your site.

Keyholding

Our keyholding service means you never have to be the one called out in the middle of the night. We hold your keys securely and our officers attend your premises whenever they are needed, 24 hours a day.

When an alarm activates, or the police or emergency services need access, our 24/7 control station sends a trained, SIA licensed officer with your keys. They check the premises, meet the emergency services, reset the alarm where possible and secure the building, then report back to you.

Our keyholding service includes:

  • Secure storage of your keys
  • 24/7 response to alarm activations
  • Meeting police and emergency services
  • Internal and external checks of the premises
  • Resetting alarms and re-securing the building
  • A written report after every call-out
  • Lock up and open up on request

Void Property Checks

Empty buildings attract break-ins, squatters, vandalism and fly-tipping, and problems such as leaks can go unnoticed for weeks. Our void property checks keep an eye on vacant premises so issues are found and dealt with early.

Our mobile officers visit at agreed times to inspect the property inside and out, make sure it is secure and record what they find. Every visit is reported, giving you evidence of regular inspections, which insurers often require for unoccupied buildings.

Each check can include:

  • External perimeter and boundary check
  • Doors, windows and access points secured
  • Signs of entry, squatting or vandalism
  • Leaks, damp and utility issues
  • Removal of post and flyers
  • Alarm and CCTV checks
  • Visit reports with photographs

Professional Locks

Good security starts with good locks. We supply and fit professional, high-security locking for site gates, cabins, containers, doors and vacant properties.

Whether you need to secure a construction compound overnight, change the locks after staff or tenants leave, or lock up a vacant building, our team can recommend and fit the right hardware and keep a record of who holds the keys.

We can provide:

  • High-security padlocks and chains for gates
  • Container and cabin locks
  • Lock changes and upgrades
  • Keyed alike and master key systems
  • Securing of void and vacant properties
  • Key control and keyholding
  • Emergency lock changes after a break-in

Close & Open Site

Our open and close service makes sure your site or premises is unlocked on time in the morning and fully secured at the end of the day, without your own staff having to be there.

A DMS officer attends at agreed times to unlock gates and buildings, carry out safety checks and get the site ready for work. At close, they check that everyone has left, lock up, set the alarm and confirm with our control station that the site is secure.

Open and close duties can include:

  • Unlocking and locking gates, cabins and buildings
  • Setting and unsetting alarms
  • Checking the site is clear at close
  • Switching lights and equipment on or off
  • Perimeter and fence line checks
  • Times logged with our control station
  • Reporting any damage or security issues

  • Fire extinguisher visual checks
  • Fire exit and escape route checks
  • Fire Marshal trained officers (on request)

Alarm Response

We provide high quality cameras, Redwall sensors and sounders on your premises, feeding directly to an onsite digital video recorder (DVR) which monitors and records all on site activity. If an alarm is activated, for example by unauthorised access to site, the DMS in-house 24/7 control station receives the alarm activation and will immediately respond:

  • Using the on site microphone / tannoy, DMS controllers can communicate with and warn people on site
  • Intruders are told they have been seen, and the police are called
  • A mobile patrol can be dispatched directly to the site

GPS Tracking

Our GPS trackers can track our security guards' locations. Reports can be processed to provide evidence of patrols and guard presence, which is great for lone working.

Patrol routes and time on site are recorded throughout every shift, giving you clear evidence of the service you receive, while our control station uses the same information to keep lone working officers safe.

GPS tracking provides:

  • Officer location throughout the shift
  • Patrol routes and times recorded
  • Proof of attendance reports
  • Lone worker safety monitoring
  • Reports available on request
  • Available with manned guarding and mobile patrols
