DMS provide a vast range of CCTV services, including our fixed camera deployment tower. The tower uses the latest low light IP cameras and can be accessed remotely 24/7 to provide around the clock coverage of any site, with or without on-site power sources.

DMS can provide a small, silent generator powered by hydrogen gas fuel cells, provided and installed by our qualified engineers. This lets deployment towers run standalone, without mains power or a conventional generator.

What we can offer

• CCTV cameras: internal and external cameras, with infra-red or colour night vision, and optional audio. IP colour view cameras with 4K resolution. Integrated panoramic and varifocal configurations, offering wide-area views without compromise. A modern surveillance system, providing a more immersive monitoring experience and ensuring that critical details are captured accurately.
• Motion sensors: detection devices intelligently linked to our control system. Our CCTV analytics can accurately detect humans, cars, wildlife and environmental changes, so our controllers know instantly when an event is triggered. We use AI human/vehicle detection to reduce false alarms.
• Tannoy: audio speakers at allocated camera locations, giving our control station voice capability to warn intruders on site.
• DVRs: digital video recorders that store all CCTV activity, with a full user interface to play back, pause and zoom on CCTV images.

CCTV Monitoring Station

All our security services are monitored. CCTV is monitored in our in-house 24/7 CCTV monitoring station based in Liverpool, where trained, SIA licensed CCTV operatives monitor and respond to the cameras and alarms. DMS operatives respond to site issues such as intruders, deliveries, on site workers and anti-social behaviour, sending assistance whether that is a DMS patroller, police response or emergency services.

The monitoring station is our main point of contact; we are available 24/7. It is also a hub to check the safety of our guards and the GPS location of patrollers, and to respond to calls from clients and the public regarding our clients' sites. Our team ensures employees' safety and welfare, checking lone workers and keeping regular contact with staff.

Your CCTV system can also be viewed through a mobile phone app remotely, so you can access your own site cameras from your phone.
