What this policy covers
This policy covers visitors to this website, people who send us enquiries, and the contacts we deal with at our clients and suppliers. Where we install, monitor or manage CCTV, access control, biometric or facial recognition systems for a client, the personal information those systems capture is handled under our written agreement with that client and the privacy information that applies at that site. If you have a question about footage or access records from a site we secure, please contact the site operator, or contact us and we will point you in the right direction.
Information we collect
- Enquiry details you give us: your name, company, job title, email address, phone number and the details of your site or requirements.
- Business contact details for the people we work with at our clients and suppliers, and records of our correspondence and calls with them.
- Basic technical information when you visit this website, such as your IP address and browser type, recorded by our hosting provider to keep the site secure and working.
We only collect what we need. We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects about you.
Most of this information comes directly from you. We may also receive business contact details from your employer or colleagues, from the clients and main contractors we work with, or from public sources such as company websites and Companies House.
You do not have to give us any personal information. If you choose not to, we may not be able to reply to your enquiry or prepare a quote.
